Create Your First Short Link
Welcome! Let's create your first short link in under 2 minutes.
What You'll Need
- ✅ A Snipzr account (free) - Sign up here if you haven't already
- ✅ A URL you want to shorten
Step 1: Log In
- Go to snipzr.com
- Click LOG IN in the top right
- Sign in with your credentials
Step 2: Create Your Link

Find the "New Link" button
- On desktop: Top right of your dashboard
- On mobile: Floating action button (+ icon)

Paste your URL
- Copy the long URL you want to shorten
- Paste it into the "Destination URL" field
- Example:
https://www.example.com/very/long/url/path

Choose your settings (optional)
- Title: Add a description for your own reference
- Custom Slug: Create a custom ending (e.g.,
summer-sale) - Domain: Select which short domain to use (default:
snipzr.com)

Click "Create Link"
Step 3: Your Short Link is Ready!
You'll see your new short link:
https://snipzr.com/abc123
What You Can Do Now
- 📋 Copy: Click the copy icon to copy your short link
- 📊 View Stats: See clicks and analytics
- ✏️ Edit: Change the destination or settings
- 🔗 Share: Use it anywhere - social media, emails, print materials
