One recorded redirect (a link click or QR scan) that our filter classifies as human. Automated traffic (bots, link previews, AI assistants and suspected automation) is still shown separately, but it never counts against your plan. To keep abuse bounded, raw recording has a generous ceiling far above your plan; if a bot flood ever reaches it, support restores recording with the bot-split as evidence.

Nothing breaks. Existing links keep redirecting forever. At your monthly link limit, creating new links pauses until the next cycle (with a one-time 10 percent courtesy buffer the first time, and a one-click upgrade). Over the events limit, clicks keep being recorded; the dashboard locks the over-limit view and upgrading unlocks everything already collected.

No and no. Links never expire, never get interstitial ads, and downgrading never disables a link. This is a written commitment, not a policy we plan to revisit.

Yes, on any plan. The importer brings your links over from Bitly, TinyURL, Rebrandly or any CSV file and shows you exactly what will be created before anything happens. Imported links count toward your monthly link allowance, so a large import fits Pro or Team better than Free. See the importers.

The MCP server works on every plan, Free included: connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI assistant with the Snipzr sign-in. The REST API and API tokens come with Pro and Team. Links created either way count toward the same monthly allowance as links you create by hand. Read the API reference.

You can cancel at any time in your settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace moves to Free. Nothing you built breaks: every link and custom domain keeps working, new links follow the Free allowance, and members beyond the remaining seats are suspended until an upgrade.

We operate from the United States and our providers process data there. Where the GDPR applies, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified providers) or on standard contractual clauses. Clicks on your links are counted without cookies and without storing anything on the visitor's device, and visitor IP addresses are not kept in analytics. Read the privacy policy.
