Refunds & Withdrawal
In short: every new subscription comes with a 14 day money back guarantee. Email us within 14 days of your first charge and we refund the full amount. No forms, no questions, no fine print traps.
The 14 day money back guarantee
- The guarantee covers the first payment of your first paid subscription, monthly or annual, on any plan.
- It applies for 14 days from the date of that first charge.
- You get a full refund of the amount you paid, returned to your original payment method, in the currency you were charged in.
- It is available once per customer. Later renewals and repeat subscriptions are not covered by the guarantee. Your statutory rights are never affected by this limit.
How to request a refund
Send an email from your account email address, with the subject "Refund", to support@snipzr.com. That is all. We process refund requests within 2 business days. Your bank typically posts the refund within 5 to 10 business days after that.
What happens to your account
- Your subscription is canceled immediately and your account returns to the Free plan.
- Every link you created keeps working. We never disable existing links, on refund, downgrade, or cancellation.
- Future link creation counts against the Free plan's monthly allowance.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving any reason. Because we begin providing the service immediately with your consent, the law would normally allow a deduction for the service already provided. We waive that deduction: under our money back guarantee you receive a full refund within the 14 day window regardless of how much you used the service.
To exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, send a clear statement of your decision, or the model withdrawal form below, to support@snipzr.com. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14 day period expires.

Renewals and cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you keep full access until then. We do not refund partial periods on renewals, except where the law of your country requires it.
