Quick Start
Step 1: Copy Your Long URL
Copy the long URL you want to shorten. For example:
https://www.example.com/blog/2026/01/very-long-article-title-about-url-shortening
Step 2: Open Snipzr
Go to snipzr.com and log in to your account.
Step 3: Paste Your URL
- Click the "+" button or "Create New" button from your dashboard
- Paste the "URL to shorten"
Step 4: Shorten It!
Click the "Create" button and you're done!
Your shortened link will look like:

Link Structure
A basic Snipzr link has three parts:

Domain Slug
- Domain:
snipzr.com(or your custom domain) - Slug:
abc123(the unique identifier)
Auto-Generated Slugs
By default, Snipzr creates random slugs:
- Length: 5 characters
- Characters: Letters (a-z, A-Z) and numbers (0-9)
- Unique: Each slug is unique

Where Your Link Goes
Default Zone
New links automatically go to your default Zone unless you specify otherwise.
