Do my links ever expire?
No. Links never expire, never get interstitial ads, and downgrading never disables a link. This is a written commitment, not a policy we plan to revisit.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks. Existing links keep redirecting forever. At your monthly link limit, creating new links pauses until the next cycle, with a one-time 10 percent courtesy buffer the first time and a one-click upgrade. Over the events limit, clicks keep being recorded; upgrading unlocks everything already collected.
Where is my data and what do you track?
Click stats are aggregate and cookie-less: no visitor profiles, no cross-site tracking, and bot traffic is shown separately instead of padding your numbers. The exact counting rules are public in our docs. Read how we count.
How is Team different from Bitly for agencies?
Viewer seats are free and unlimited. Your clients and stakeholders get live campaign reports and analytics without ever using a paid seat; only editors count. Elsewhere, every added viewer is a paid seat or an enterprise conversation.
